By using HabitQuest, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
HabitQuest is a free, browser-based gamified habit tracking application. It allows users to create, track, and manage personal habits with features including XP systems, streaks, achievements, and progress visualization. All data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage — we do not store your personal habit data on our servers.

All content, design, code, graphics, and features of HabitQuest are the intellectual property of HabitQuest and its creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Your habit data is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers. We do not have access to your personal habit information. For details on what data we do collect (analytics, etc.), please see our Privacy Policy.
HabitQuest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees about the results you will achieve from using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HabitQuest and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
HabitQuest uses the following third-party services: Google Analytics (usage analytics), Chart.js (data visualization), Canvas Confetti (animations), and Tabler Icons (iconography). Your use of the App is subject to the respective privacy policies of these services.
HabitQuest may display advertisements through Google AdSense. These ads are served by Google and are subject to Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with applicable local laws.
